FIBA Academy Administrators Programme The FIBA Academy Administrators Programme is a new educational programme, developed specifically for the world of basketball. This pioneering programme is being offered to all individuals working within, or with an interest in the sport of basketball, with the outcome of improving the overall administration and management techniques within basketball organisations worldwide. The programme has adapted the fundamental principles set out in the new FIBA National Federations Manual into 15-20 hours of interactive learning. The modules extensively cover all operational and functional areas within a National Federation, outlining best practice skills and management techniques which can underpin growth, success, and ultimately the overall development of the sport. Delivered through the FIBA Academy platform, users will become a member of an online community within which they benefit from the sharing of ideas, documents and knowledge transfer. The modernised online delivery method, and sport specific content reflects an innovative development by FIBA and the FIBA Academy, who are committed to creating sustainable, long term benefits for the global basketball community.
